Hello and welcome! Growing up overweight, I’ve discovered many ways to create lighter and healthier recipe alternatives to support my journey toward maintaining a healthy weight. I love experimenting in the kitchen and creating quick, healthy, and delicious recipes for my family. I live in sunny Australia and love spending time with my family and going to the beach!
I have always been interested in nutrition, so I have returned to university to study to become a Registered Dietitian.
