Ingredients
- 2 slices Whole Grain Bread (approx 35g each)
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- 25 g Light Cream Cheese
- 1/8 cup Red onion
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- few sprigs Fresh Dill (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lightly toast bread
- Spread with cream cheese
- Add Smoked Salmon, onion, and capers
- Lightly sprinkle lemon Juice and top with fresh dill.
