  • 100 g Smoked Salmon
  • 25 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 1/8 cup Red onion
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • few sprigs Fresh Dill (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Lightly toast bread
  • Spread with cream cheese
  • Add Smoked Salmon, onion, and capers
  • Lightly sprinkle lemon Juice and top with fresh dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
