Ingredients
- 400 g Canned chickpeas

- 1 pinch Cayenne Powder optional
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C /395° F

Notes
*Oven temperatures can vary between brands, check regularly – if they are browning quickly then reduce the temperature.
- Sometimes some of the chickpeas may not crisp up, try turning the oven off after 30 minutes and leaving the chickpeas in for another 10 – 15 minutes to crisp up.
- Storage: These roasted chickpeas are best eaten the same day. Or can be stored in an air-tight container at room temperature for 2 days.
