Tzatziki is a delicious yoghurt dip, originating in Greece. It is usually made of strained yoghurt, garlic, cucumber, olive oil, and sometimes lemon juice. Fresh herbs such as mint, parsley or dill are often used. Tzatziki is typically served as a meze or side dish, along with bread or fried vegetables.
This recipe uses low-fat greek yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and fresh mint. Try serving it with rice crackers, raw vegetable sticks or as a spread on a chicken or felafel wrap.
